Who we are
HUDLI (“HUDLI,” “Hudli AI,” “we,” “us”) operates the Service at https://hudliai.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the website, apps, and related features. Contact: support@hudliai.com or greg@intrglobal.com.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (email, password via our auth provider, display name, age/birthdate confirmation, profile bio, photos, city, and matching preferences), including when you join the waitlist before launch. Messaging and in-app activity (chats, likes, game play, feed posts) needed to run the Service. Optional Cupid imports you upload (conversation text you paste or export files) used only to coach you — we do not message other people on your behalf. Technical data such as device/browser type, IP address, push token, and basic usage analytics. Payment or Glow-related transaction records if you purchase or redeem in-app value.
How we use information
We use your data to create and secure your account, power discovery and matching features, enable chat and play experiences, improve reliability and safety, communicate about the Service, and comply with law. As described in our Terms, we may also use photos and profile information you upload to operate the product and to market HUDLI (including on our site, apps, and ads), without compensating you, subject to applicable privacy law. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the Service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and storage. Providers process data only as needed to provide their services under our instructions.
Sharing
Profile information you choose to show may be visible to other members. We may share data with service providers, for legal compliance, to protect users and the Service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your private messages publicly.
Cupid conversation imports
If you use Cupid, you may paste chat text or upload an export file so HUDLI can coach you. Those imports stay on your account, are not shown to other members, and are deleted when you delete your account or remove that conversation. We do not contact the other people in those chats.
Safety, reports, and blocks
Members can report or block other people from Discover and from a conversation. A report is reviewed by HUDLI staff. A block removes that person from your Discover deck and stops messaging. We may retain limited safety records as needed to protect users and the Service.
Age requirement
HUDLI is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Retention & deletion
We keep account and activity data while your account is active and as needed for safety, legal, and operational purposes. You can delete your account in the HUDLI iOS app: after you confirm your email and sign in, use Delete my account on the waitlist screen, or You → Manage → Delete account once members are enabled. Deletion removes your profile, chats, likes, Cupid imports, and waitlist record. You can also email support@hudliai.com or greg@intrglobal.com from the address on your account. We process eligible requests within a reasonable time.
Security & your choices
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate for a dating platform, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You can update profile information in-app and contact us to access, correct, or delete your data subject to legal limits.
International users
HUDLI is designed for international connection. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that local laws may differ from those in your home country.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
